The Birthday Interview always stands behind their product. We can only accept returns on merchandise purchased directly from us at www.thebirthdayinterview.com or by phone through our office. The Birthday Interview will only accept returns when you notify us within 10 days of the purchase date. If you purchased your Birthday Interview at a store or through another website you should return your merchandise to the original seller for a refund or exchange. If you purchased The Birthday Interview directly from us, please call or fax us. We will need to know the reason for your return and we will need you to fax a copy of your receipt to 866-460-9942.
